Spark Energy needed marketing and customer communication materials that could simplify complex information while maintaining a strong and recognisable brand presence.

Energy messaging can often feel technical and difficult to navigate, making it challenging for customers to quickly understand essential information about their services and accounts.

The brief was to develop clear and engaging visual communication that could support marketing campaigns and customer messaging, while maintaining consistency across digital platforms and brand touchpoints.

A clear visual framework was developed to support Spark Energy’s marketing and customer communications. This included using bold colour, strong typographic hierarchy and structured layouts to help simplify complex information.

The aim was to create a recognisable visual style that made messaging easier to understand while maintaining a confident brand presence. By applying consistent layout patterns and graphic elements, the design could work effectively across campaigns, digital content and customer communications.

The Result.

Over £900,000 in new revenue within 10 weeks.

A clearer and more consistent visual presence across Spark Energy communications.

The new design approach improved how information was presented, making customer messaging easier to understand while strengthening the overall brand identity.
